I Know What It Feels Like When A Business Stops Fitting

Not because it was broken, but because I had outgrown the version of myself who built it.

There was a point in my life when everything changed at once.

Redundancy arrived first. Then, shortly after, a diagnosis of chronic myeloid leukaemia.

Within a very short space of time, I found myself rebuilding, not just a career, but an entire understanding of what my life and work were for.

That period was long, uncomfortable, and in many ways the most important thing that has ever happened to me as it forced me to examine everything from the ground up. Not just what I did, but how I thought, how I created, and what kind of work I actually wanted to build my life around.

What followed was years of experimentation. A holistic therapy practice. Coaching. Intuitive work. And then something that surprised me: a deep fascination with the technical side of building a business. Websites, online courses, digital systems, the infrastructure that holds a modern business together. I became genuinely skilled at it and I began helping other women build theirs.

Then something unexpected happened.

The business began to work. Revenue arrived. Clients came. And still, something felt structurally wrong. Not technically wrong, but energetically wrong. The systems functioned, but they didn't flow. They had been built without any real understanding of how I naturally think, create, and lead.

That realisation took time to untangle. But understanding it - really understanding it - became the foundation of everything I do now.

The Career That Taught Me How Systems Really Work

Every system has a structure. When something stops working, the answer is rarely more effort.

It is almost always structural.

I did not arrive here from the world of business strategy.

My early career was in mental health social work and residential care, supporting individuals navigating complex life circumstances. That work led me into practice resettling adults from long-term residential care into the Community, then academia, first as a Programme Director for Social Work, and then into leadership roles focused on teaching, quality assurance, and professional standards. I completed a Master's degree in Mental Health and eventually served as an Associate Dean for Learning and Teaching, where my work centred on systems, governance, and institutional change.

Those years taught me something I have never forgotten: every system has a structure. And when something stops working, the answer is rarely more effort. It is almost always structural.

That understanding - forged in social work, tested in academia, deepened through Human Design, colour psychology, archetypal study, and lived through my own reinvention - is what I bring to the women I work with now.

What I Actually Do

Soul-led guidance for women ready to build systems and strategies that flow with their energy - not against it.

I guide soul-led women to build systems and strategies that flow with their energy - blending technology, intuition, and integrity for growth that is sustainable and genuinely aligned.

The women who arrive here are rarely beginners. They are thoughtful, experienced, and deeply capable. They have already built something meaningful. But somewhere along the way the systems and structures holding the business together stopped reflecting who they have become. The tech works but feels clunky. The strategy functions but costs more energy than it should. The business runs, but it doesn't flow.

My work draws on Human Design, archetypal frameworks, strategic thinking, colour psychology, and a strong practical understanding of the digital systems that underpin a modern business. Not as rigid frameworks to follow, but as lenses for understanding how you naturally think, create, and lead - and then building the systems and structures that work with that rather than against it.

When your business is built to flow with your energy, everything shifts. Decisions become clearer. Offers become simpler. The technology that once felt like a burden becomes something that genuinely supports the work. And growth, rather than something you must force, begins to feel inevitable.

The Cohesion Ecosystem™

A set of interconnected spaces designed to support every stage of how your business evolves.

This work lives within the Cohesion Ecosystem™, a set of interconnected spaces that support different stages of business evolution.

Your Inner Light™ provides orientation and identity clarity. The Expansion Lab™ offers a space to experiment, test ideas, and implement with support. Threshold™ supports deeper structural refinement for women ready to redesign the architecture of their business entirely.

And beyond these sits Horizon™, the longer view of how businesses and the women who lead them continue to develop over time.

Together, these spaces form an ecosystem rather than a single programme, because soul-led businesses rarely evolve in a straight line.

The Qualification That Matters Most

Not the letters after my name (though those matter too) but the experience of rebuilding from the ground up and learning what it truly means to build something that flows.

I hold a Master's Degree in Mental Health, a Diploma in Social Work, a Diploma in Life Coaching, and am a HEA Advance Fellow. I am also a Reiki Master, NLP, EFT, and Colour Mirrors™ practitioner, and trained in Human Design. But the qualification I return to most is the one that came from rebuilding my own life and business from the ground up, and, learning the hard way, what it actually means to build a business that flows. I was recognised as one of the Top 100 Business Women in Wales.

If you have arrived here, you probably already sense that something in your business needs to change. Not dramatically. Not urgently. But structurally and intentionally.

That is exactly where this work begins.
